Baking Tanya Burr Cookies
Hi Everyone!
Today, I decided to write another baking post.
Many of you that read my blog loved my last baking post. So I decided to recreate the gorgeous Tanya Burr's Cookie recipe. Here is Tanya's post, be sure to check it out.
Ingredients:
200g Butter
300g Sugar
1 Large Egg
275g Self-raising Flower
75g Cocoa Powder
Dash of Milk
A large bar of milk and white Chocolate (or whatever chocolate you like)
Method:
Pre-heat oven for 200 degrees celsius
Cream together the Sugar and Butter
Crack in the Egg
Stir in the dry ingredients
Add the dash of milk
Add the chocolate pieces
Line trays with baking paper and place cookies far apart from each other (4 on each tray)
Place in the over for 11 minutes and let them cool for half an hour
You're all done! Enjoy!
