Mask of Magnaminty
Today I decided to review the amazing face mask from Lush - Mask of Magnaminty.
I have been looking for a face mask for a while and when I heard people talking about it I decided I needed to try it out for myself. It's now a part of my skin care routine which you haven't seen yet but I'll be sure to do a post on it as soon as I can.
This is a deep cleansing green clay and peppermint face and body mask.
It smells great! If you like peppermint, you'll love it for sure!
I put a generous amount of this face mask all over my face and leave it on for 5-10 minutes depending on how much my skin needs it. When you first apply it its very minty and wakes you up straight away. It doesn't burn or anything which is good because at the beginning I thought that it would have because of the strong mint scent. It dries pretty fast which results in not being able to move any part of your face, it's kind of funny actually!
I then take a face cloth and soak it under warm water and start to remove the mask in circular motions. The primrose seeds and the aduki beans that are all throughout the mask act like a face scrub which makes the whole face mask like a two in one product.
It leaves my face feeling very fresh, awake and smooth, all you want from a face mask.
What's great about mask of magnaminty is that it doesn't have to be kept in the fridge and doesn't have to be used straight away like most Lush fresh masks do. It also lasts a long time as a little goes a long way.
Over all, it's definitely a face mask I will continue to use and I will repurchase in the future. It leaves my skin refreshed and it definitely does help my spots go away which is great!
I would recommend it to anyone if you're looking for a good face treat.
Have you used this face mask before?
I hope you enjoyed today's post!
Have a great Sunday,
