My Favourites of 2015

Hi Everyone!

It's 2016!
I hope you all had a wonderful New Year's Eve whether you spent it out at a party or in front of the TV watching movies. I wish you all a Happy New Year!
Let's get into my first post of 2016.

Today I decided to share with you all some of my favourites from 2015, mainly beauty related.

I don't read a lot but I had to read Zoe's books when they came out and they have been my favourites since I read them! I have also been loving the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser as well as the Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic two amazing products that I will definitely repurchase in the future.

I loved the Barry M Chisel Cheeks Contour Palette I have used it everyday since I bought it, mainly the darkest shade for contour. The LOreal Paris True Match Foundation has been my favourite towards the end of the year, I use it in the shade Rose Vanilla, I wrote a whole post about it which you can see here. My favourite highlighter of the year has to be the Mary Lou Maniser for sure! It's gorgeous, you can see a full review of it here. I have also been loving Lush products, I think everyone loves their products. One of my favourites is the Mask of Magnaminty, it's now a part of my skin care routine.

A powder that I talked about a lot this year has to be the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder in the shade Transparent. I find it works great for me. Another favourite which was mentioned quite a lot is the MAC Velvet Teddy Lipstick my go-to lip colour. I also loved using the Essence lip liner in the shade 04 Honey Bun underneath the Velvet Teddy lipstick. As for mascaras, the Maybelline Lash Sensational worked wonders for my lashes, I will continue using it throughout 2016. I don't usually wear too much jewellery but this Pandora bracelet was worn everyday. I've been loving the new Rose Gold collection too!

Throughout the summer my go-to nail polish was Barry M Sunset Nail Paint in 'Do it like a Nude' and I'm actually wearing it as I write this post. I have also loved using the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, this is what I use to take my makeup off on those days when I don't have a lot of time or when I'm too lazy to use my Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish.
I have tried a few new brushes this year and one of my favourites has to be the Nanshy Stippling Brush, it applies my foundation nicely.

A great eye shadow base that I used a lot throughout the year was the Maybelline Color Tattoo in the shade 98 Creamy Beige. Another Maybelline product that I really enjoyed and will repurchase is the Eraser Eye Concealer in the shade Light. I got a lot of complements about my eyebrows in 2015, this is all goes down to the amazing product from Soap&Glory, the Archery Brow Tint and Pencil in the shade Brownie Points. A perfume that I have been obsessed with was the Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Eau de Toilette, definitely a scent that I will repurchase.

A hair product that I loved is the Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance which protects and detangles hair, it also smells amazing. Another brush that I have loved is the Real Techniques Blush Brush which I used not only for blush. An eyeshadow palette that impressed me was the Makeup Revolution Redemption Palette Essential Mattes 2

Another favourite Marc Jacobs perfume is the Daisy-Eau-de-Toilette. A brush that I contoured with is the MAC 109 Small Contour Brush,an amazing brush well worth the money.

And last but not least, CANDLES. If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen a lot of photos of candles throughout 2015 this is because I just love them! Yankee Candles are definitely my favourites but I have also been loving Primark's candles this year, especially the Christmas ones, such great quality at an affordable price.

What were your 2015 favourites?

I hope you enjoyed today's post,
Have a great Sunday
