How I clean my makeup brushes

Hi Everyone!

Today I'm going to share with you all how I wash my makeup brushes!
I recently mentioned the Real Techniques Brush Cleanser Palette in my last haul post and a lot of you wanted to see a review on it. Without making this post super long, let's get into it!

So this is the Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Palette. It's super easy to use! You simply put it on your hand and start cleaning your brushes. I put some warm water into the palette and some product that I will clean the brushes with. I then swirl the brush over each of the surfaces until its clean. The palette has three different textures which can be used to clean small, medium and large brushes. I tend to just sweep my brush over all of them to ensure that they are all clean.

I use Johnsons Baby Shampoo to clean my brushes. It's very gentle and leaves them very soft.

Here are all the brushes that I usually use before washing.

And here they are after washing!

Over all I think that the brush cleansing palette is a great thing to have if you love your brushes! It definitely keeps them clean and I personally think that it cleans them a lot better than when cleaning them with just my hands. It's very lightweight, so it's perfect for holidays as well. I would definitely recommend you try it out!

I hope you enjoyed today's post!
Have a great Sunday,

  6. Thank you for this post! The cleaning palette seems super handy, I'll have to get my hands on it, or rather get a dupe because I'm so savy :P The three different parts are a great idea though to clean different sized brushes, definitely better than on ours hands! :)
